By using Octopin you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.

What's allowed

What isn't allowed

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't offer an SLA on Free / Hobby / Project tiers. Enterprise plans can include SLA terms — contact us.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime via the Customer Portal. When you cancel, your plan reverts to Free at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: case-by-case within 7 days of payment. Email [email protected].

Liability

Octopin is provided "as-is" without warranty. We're a small team on Cloudflare and Hetzner — we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the IPFS network will forever resolve your CIDs. Pin your important content in multiple places.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes get an email notice 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

Disputes are governed by the law of the operator's jurisdiction. We'd much rather resolve issues over a quick email than in court.
